With extensive experience in Biblical and professional counseling, Dr. Pursley came to Baptist Bible Graduate School from the internationally-known Wheat Medical Clinic.
He earned a B.A. from Central Baptist College, a M.S. from the University of Central Arkansas, and an Ed.D. from the University of Arkansas.
He is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a specialty in supervision. He is a fellow in the American Psychotherapy Association and Chair Emeritus for the American Board of Forensic Counselors.

Heather Hall earned her B.S. in Bible with an emphasis in Counseling from Baptist Bible College, and her M.S. in Counseling from Baptist Bible Graduate School. She has also completed the Advanced Teaching and Training program at Exchanged Life Ministries, Texas. Heather is a National Certified Counselor and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Development from Marywood University.
She has experience working with special needs children and the elderly, as well as individuals with phobias and anxiety disorders.
She supervises graduate students completing their practicum and internship experiences at the Love-Life Marriage and Family Center and she teaches at Baptist Bible Graduate School.

J.B. Baughman earned a B.S. in Bible from Baptist Bible College and a M.S. in Counseling from Baptist Bible Graduate School. She founded the Women's Program, which is directed at counseling and meeting needs of college women at BBC.
J.B. served as a Resident Director at Asbury College and currently serves as a Resident Director at Baptist Bible College.
